Delft Imaging Systems provides adequate training, support and service to ensure system availability and uptime. Local distributors are carefully selected and skilled to enable local training and system maintenance. Remote access by the manufacturer or by its regional service centre to diagnose the functioning of the camera system is possible while local 1st and 2nd line support is guaranteed. Below, please find the list of comprehensive services offered by the manufacturer for 1, 3 or 5 years at fixed prices. Services availability in the country of destination has to be confirmed by the manufacturer.
